These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at www.BrazosDoor.com (the “Site”), our mobile app (if any), any services we offer through the Site or via text messaging, and your relationship with Brazos Window & Door (“we,” “us,” “our,” “Brazos”). By accessing or using the Site or our services (including signing up for text message communications), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or our services.

We provide window and door sales, installation, replacement, maintenance, and related services (collectively the “Services”).
We may also provide the opportunity to receive notifications, updates, reminders, promotional offers, appointment confirmations, and other communications via text message (SMS/MMS) (the “Text Message Service”). By opting in to the Text Message Service, you agree to the terms in Section 6 below.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or infringes the rights of others.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brazos Window & Door and its employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the applicable Service within the twelve (12) months prior to the claim (or $100 if no fee was paid).

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time without notice or liability if you breach these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.

6. Text Message Service Terms

By enrolling in or using our Text Message Service, you agree to the following:

• Consent & Opt-In: You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide and consent to receive recurring text messages from Brazos Window & Door. Consent is not required to make a purchase.

• Message Types: May include appointment reminders, installation updates, promotional offers, warranty notices, and customer satisfaction surveys.

• Frequency & Fees: Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

• Opt-Out: Reply “STOP” to any message to opt out. You will receive a confirmation text and will no longer receive messages unless you opt in again.

• Help: For help, reply “HELP” or email info@brazosdoor.com.

• Carriers & Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Modifications: We may update Text Message Service terms at any time. Continued use after notice constitutes consent to the updated terms.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Young County, Texas.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Your continued use of the Site or Services after posting means you accept the revised Terms.
